Volunteer Advisory

The Volunteer Advisory Committee began in 1991 and about 5% of volunteer time is spent on this activity. This Committee provides feedback and advise to the Board of Directors. It is comprised of people in the community who care about the welfare of children. It meets approximately once a month at the local Department of Children and Familes offices to discuss, in general, all volunteer activities, and explore ideas for new services to the DCF professionals.
